By accessing or using The NFC Mint website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

The NFC Mint provides NFC authentication products and services using cryptographic verification. Our products include NFC tags with cryptographic authentication capabilities, authentication services, and related technology solutions for product authentication and verification.

Product Orders and Sales

Orders for products or services are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Pricing, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Custom orders and bulk purchases may have additional terms agreed upon separately.

Service Availability

All products include 3 years of validation service unless otherwise specified. While we strive for maximum uptime, validation services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that validation services will be available at all times or that they will be error-free.

Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to order fulfillment unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept payment methods as specified during the ordering process. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on order size, destination, and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the security-sensitive nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund. Contact us at support@nfcmint.com to initiate a return request.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, technology, and other intellectual property related to The NFC Mint are owned by The NFC Mint LLC or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, technology, or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Product Use Restrictions

NFC Mint products are provided for legitimate authentication and verification purposes. You may not use our products or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon the rights of others

• Engage in fraudulent activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of our products

• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Limitation of Liability

The NFC Mint LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Use of our products or services

• Product defects or failures

• Service interruptions or errors

• Any reliance placed on authentication results

• Integration or compatibility issues

• Loss of data or business interruption

Warranties

Products are provided with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Authentication services are provided "as is" without warranty.

Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with or require third-party services (including NXP authentication technology, cloud services, and mobile platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products or services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Confidentiality

Any technical specifications, pricing information, or business terms provided during custom orders or consultations are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without our permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The NFC Mint LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our products or services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our products or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The NFC Mint LLC regarding the use of our products and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, except for separately executed written agreements.
